Today was a rest day. Zero miles! I spent my morning focused on the elevation profile for the race. I think I understand it.
The afternoon I spent obsessing about how much I weigh, how little time I have left and how I need to get specific with my training. I need to get in control of my diet--only that can't be my game plan because I'm not sure if I can. I did start on Nutriex yesterday so at least I'll get proper nutrition. As for specific training I need to do those climbs before the race. I also need to train at altitude and I need to do at least one 12 hour training day. I'm not sure how all ofthese things will come about but they will come about.
